About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team based in Dubbo and service the greater Central West NSW region.

You’ll be responsible for the onsite maintenance and repair of equipment including:

  • ATMs

  • Self-Checkout Systems

  • Cash Redemption Terminals

  • Cash Management Machines

You’ll visit a variety of client sites — banks, supermarkets, pubs, clubs, and service stations — so no two days will be the same. You’ll be supported with a fully maintained company vehicle, training, and the backing of a friendly, experienced technical team.

About You

You’re someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in technology, electronics, or mechanical systems

  • Enjoys being on the road and solving problems independently

  • Has strong customer service and fault-finding skills

  • Can confidently work with unfamiliar equipment

  • Brings a proactive, can-do attitude

Experience working on ATMs, self-checkouts, or similar devices is highly regarded.

What You’ll Need

  • Valid Australian driver’s licence

  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check

  • 2+ years experience in field-based service or technical repair (ATMs, office machines, PCs, printers, etc.)

  • Strong diagnostic, communication, and time management skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair a wide range of cash handling equipment

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships

  • Manage and maintain your stock and equipment

  • Support occasional weekend/public holiday on-call work (paid as overtime)

  • Follow all WHS protocols and ensure safe work practices

  • Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
